L&L Financial Services gives estate owner the ability to take tier payments from residents via their accounts and they can schedule the date to pay. In addition, estate owners recieve affiliate bonus for accounts opened at their sim's terminals.

Business Mortgage Loan

The Business Mortgage Loan is a secured business loan for customer to purchase land. This is for business use in which the customer uses the land as collateral and the land is held in the bank's name until the loan is repaid. Default on the loan over 7 days past due may result in foreclosure. Up to 16 weeks repayment.

Direct Deposit

Pay your employees all in one transaction and schedule the date to pay them. Also, business owners can recieve an affiliate bonus on their employees' accounts at the company terminal.
